About Us:
We operate a self-storage facility right here in Dardanelle, Arkansas, and we’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help us keep the property in top shape. This is a steady, part-time position for someone who takes pride in keeping things clean, safe, and running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Property Maintenance Perform daily walk-throughs to ensure safety and facility integrity Handle general repairs and preventative maintenance Clean and prepare units for move-in Remove and haul away items from abandoned units Maintain landscaping and assist with pest control Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs as needed Storage-Specific Tasks Execute lien procedures (lock cuts, drilling, overlocks) Take photos of units for auction Perform hasp and door repairs Meet and direct vendors when necessary Complete special projects as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
Must pass background check and have a clean driving record Reliable vehicle ( truck preferred ) for hauling materials Physically capable of lifting and performing manual tasks Comfortable working independently and using a smartphone Familiarity with Microsoft Teams or willingness to learn
Your Schedule:
