Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting:

Diagnosing and resolving issues with garage door openers, springs, cables, tracks, and related hardware.

Emergency Support:

Offering swift and efficient emergency services to ensure prompt assistance for clients in urgent situations.

Customer Care:

Providing outstanding customer service by promptly responding to service requests, clearly communicating service details to clients, and offering security tips and guidance as necessary.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of completed jobs in our client tracking system.

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service abilities. Previous experience as a Garage Door Technician or relevant technical expertise is advantageous but not mandatory. Valid driver’s license.

Salary:
