Handyman/Laborer AllPoints Property Services Glastonbury, CT 06033 Job Summary AllPoints Property Services is hiring full-time handymen to complete a wide range of jobs, from basic home repairs to full kitchen and bathroom remodels across central Connecticut. Work includes tasks like flooring, drywall, carpentry, toilet and sink repairs, and light electrical — as well as full-scale cabinet, tile, and fixture installations. We provide consistent work year-round, reliable weekly pay, and a streamlined system for scheduling and materials. Ideal candidates are skilled, self-motivated, and able to manage jobs independently with a professional attitude. Responsibilities Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify issues that require attention. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers. Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition. Collaborate with other tradespeople as needed for larger projects or repairs. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools. Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required. Valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites.
