We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for buildings located in Bridgeport and New Haven CT. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Respond to all maintenance service requests by tenants, including plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Ensure service requests are responded to and resolved in an efficient and timely manner.
• Diagnose and repair Heating, plumbing, and electric issues.
• Must possess strong skills in carpentry, painting, tiling, electrical, plumbing and appliances .
• Inspect and Perform routine and preventative maintenance to all common areas and units.
• Prepare the vacant units for occupancy, including but not limited to Painting, caulking, electrical inspection and repairs, plumbing inspection and repairs, Flooring inspection and repairs, and occasional cleaning before move-in.
• Communicate and interact with staff and tenants in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
• Work as part of a team and represent the company in a professional manner at all times Job requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience at a multi-family property required.
• Excellent communication skills with team, supervisors and staff a must.
• Comply with OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times by maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time
• Must have own vehicle and tools
• Dependable and Reliable
• Available for 24/7 emergency on-call service
