Part Time Maintenance Technician 5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars Bridgeport, CT Felner Corporation is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a part-time position at a single-site property in Bridgeport, CT. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who takes pride in maintaining residential buildings. Start date is immediately or as soon as possible.
Position Details:
Part-time, on-site role Flexible hours (must be consistent week to week) Pay up to $30/hour depending on experience Immediate start preferred
Compensation:
$27.50 – $30 hourly
Responsibilities:
Perform general facilities maintenance and repairs, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, carpentry, lighting, and ceiling tile replacement Conduct regular preventative maintenance to ensure building systems remain in safe, working order Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues as they arise Maintain a clean, safe, and functional property environment Coordinate and oversee vendors and contractors as needed Act as a liaison between the management company and service providers Manage daily schedule to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
