Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking dedicated Maintenance Technicians for our 2nd shift, with a strong emphasis on electrical maintenance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of machinery and equipment, ensuring their optimal performance through both preventative and reactive maintenance. Responsibilities Conduct both preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and PLCs. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components, including 480volt, 110volt and wiring. Work off blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Working on a variety of production equipment. Required to troubleshoot and repair, which may involve tear down and rebuild processes. Meet daily with manager and leads to discuss tasks and plan for the day/week. Track work progress on worksheets and sign off on completed tasks. Essential Skills 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance. Experience in hydraulic & pneumatic maintenance. Proficiency in mechanical maintenance. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with PLCs, including troubleshooting and maintenance is a plus. Capability to work autonomously, take initiative, and be proactive in completing tasks. Why Work Here? SELLING POINTS

• Yearly raises up to 3%, potential for increase outside of that on a 6 month basis, all based on performance.
• Lots of variety in maintenance, never the same thing every day, some days busy, slow, some days troubleshooting, some doing PMs, some repairs and some days full training.
• There is a lot to know and a lot to learn. 3 years to get good, 5 to get great. Will have 1 day a week once perm for a full 8 hours of training weekly, focusing around aspects of the job they don’t know.
• 5 pillar bonus on the production floor that pays up to 41.75/hr. worked and paid monthly, performance based.
• Perfect attendance bonus, can pay up to $1/hr. worked monthly.
• Competitive benefits, medical, dental, vision, 401k; match 100% up to 3% and 50% on the next 3%, not vested. Benefits are active 30 days on the 1st of the month. 401k active after 180 days permanent.
• 88 hours PTO accrued over first year, prorated based on start date.
• If hired perm to start, 90 day probationary period with 2 sick days.
• Vacation paid out at year end, doesn’t roll over.
