Monday through Friday (some Saturday’s), 7:00am-3:00pm 2nd
Shift:
Monday through Friday (some Saturday’s), 3:00pm-11:00pm
COMPETITIVE PAY BASED ON EXERIENCE AND SKILLS
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing blow molding machines and related equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency. Experience with conveyors, frequency inverters, blow molding, injection molding, and/or extrusion is helpful.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine performance, quality defects, and production downtime. Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and efficiency. Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records of repairs. Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve overall performance. Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
Qualifications:
Experience in blow molding or plastic manufacturing experience is helpful. Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Experience with troubleshooting PLCs and automation systems is a plus. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
