Entry-Level Maintenance Technician | $32+/hr | 2nd Shift 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars North Haven, CT 06473 We’re hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to support critical production operations with a strong focus on pneumatics and electrical troubleshooting . This role is ideal for someone confident with schematics, hands-on diagnostics, and fast-paced manufacturing support. What You’ll Do Inspect, diagnose, and repair pneumatic systems (seals, valves, hoses, actuators) Read pneumatic schematics to assess flow rates, motor speeds, and pressure points Troubleshoot electrical issues using wiring diagrams, volt meters, and panels Work with motors, contactors, limit switches, sensors, and VFDs Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot mixers, blenders, conveyors, packaging lines, and more Participate in daily shift pass-down meetings and assist with PMs and repair calls What You Bring Solid experience with pneumatic system inspection and repair Electrical troubleshooting skills, especially with motor controls and panels Ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams Familiarity with industrial equipment in a manufacturing setting A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently or with a team This is a great opportunity to put your skills to work in a busy, well-supported maintenance environment with strong growth potential!
