$54,080•$66,560 per year shift: First work hours: 7 AM•3:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities Responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs within 3 different warehouse locations in Milford Troubleshooting electrical and HVAC issues Calling vendors to handle repairs and tracking progress Working with pneumatic and hydraulic machinery including conveyor systems and automation devices Driving box trucks between buildings and for parts supply pickups/runs Some facilities maintenance, PIT maintenance, building repairs, and light plumbing duties Using google sheets or other computer systems to maintain accurate maintenance records The essential functions of this role include: manual lifting up to 60lbs Skills Mechanical Maintenance Maintenance Blueprints Plumbing Electrical Engineering Inspecting Inspection Product Inspection Contract Maintenance/Renewal General Maintenance PIT Repair Vendor Management Communication Skills Computer Skills Excel Google Sheets HVAC Electrician Troubleshooting Pneumatics Hydraulics Qualifications Years of experience: 5 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
