Pay:
$850/month
Schedule:
Flexible, but we must be your first priority. Occasional late night/weekend calls.
Trial Period:
3 months to start.
Required Skills:
Painting (walls, cabinets) Sheetrock/drywall repair & patching Light carpentry (stairs, siding, cabinets) Basic plumbing (leaks, clogs, faucet replacement, snaking) Light electrical (outlets, light fixtures, ceiling fans) Light HVAC (no heat calls – gas required, oil a plus) General maintenance (window/door/cabinet repair, doorknobs, gutter cleaning) Occasional dump runs
Important:
