Maintenance Technician 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Hamden, CT 06518 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Technician to work 270 apartment units over 5 properties within the Hamden/West Haven area. Responsibilities Team of 4 Apartment turnovers, painting, carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs Work in a professional manner to handle tenant maintenance requests. Work with contractors Must have car and tools Rotating on-call (added on call pay) Hours 8am-430pm, M-F Skills Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices. Skilled in electrical, plumbing HVAC repairs and trouble shooting. Skilled in carpentry, drywall, painting, cabinetry Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and safety. Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
