Job Description
Maintenance Technician 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars New London, CT 06320 Hamilton Connections is looking to fill a maintenance position in the New London, CT area. The ideal candidate has general maintenance/cleaning experience couple with steady verifiable work history. This is a temporary position until mid-August.
Job functions:
Helping the Building Maintenance Tech with work orders in apartments. Prepping apartments for new renters. Sweeping Mopping Vacuuming Window cleaning (inside only and at ground level) Cleaning up trash around the complex Occasionally changing light bulbs Additional task as requested by Manager.
Qualifications:
Must have previous residential cleaning experience. Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to handle physical aspects of the job. Monday-Friday, 8am-430pm. $17-$23/hr depending on experience.
