Qualifications High school education (Diploma or GED) is required. Valid Driver License with the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report is required. Familiarity with tablets, computers, and electronic work order system. Technical Schooling and/or background (educational and/or professional) is preferred. Employment history involving 2 years of facility maintenance, grounds, construction, or trade-work preferred. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic is required.

Performs general maintenance duties such as replacing plumbing fixtures, minor electrical and appliance repairs, moving furniture, painting, general residential repairs. Performs routine preventive maintenance, as directed by supervisor. Performs minor building and equipment repairs. Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor. Cover security shifts as needed. Assists with snow removal efforts during winter months. Utilize low speed vehicles (i.e. golf cart) to transport self, equipment and debris across the community grounds when needed
