OUR CLIENT’S PROPERTIES SPAN GREENWICH, WESTPORT, FAIRFIELD, BRIDGEPORT, STRATFORD, NEW BRITAIN, AND HARTFORD. YOU MUST HAVE A CAR AND YOUR OWN BASIC HAND TOOLS. OPEN AVAILABILITY MONDAY – FRIDAY IS REQUIRED. THIS IS FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT, NOT SUBCONTRACTING.

Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues that require attention. Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with other team members on larger projects or when specialized skills are required. Document completed work and any necessary follow-up actions for future reference. Experience Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques across various trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry). Ability to troubleshoot problems effectively and efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members. Certification in relevant fields (e.g., HVAC, plumbing) is a plus but not required.
