Pay Range:
$65,000
- 90,000+ (hourly + bonuses)
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays)

The Role:
Garage Door Technician (with Sales Bonus Potential) This is more than just an install or repair job. You’ll be trusted to handle the full customer experience on-site: troubleshooting issues, walking customers through options, and getting the job done right — usually the same day.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Show up on time and prepared (we’ll keep your truck stocked) Inspect and diagnose garage door issues (residential focus) Clearly explain what’s going on and what their options are Offer solutions and help the customer choose what works best Perform the repair or tune-up on the spot when possible Communicate clearly with the office (job notes, photos, updates) Clean up after the job, leave the site better than you found it Treat customers with honesty, empathy, and respect — always You’ll be trained to use our tools and tablet system for quotes and updates. What We’re Looking For Required:
