Duties Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs. Respond promptly to service requests and complete work orders in a timely manner. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored. Document completed work and report any additional issues or concerns to management. Requirements Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role with a strong background in maintenance and repair tasks. Proficiency in using various hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment, including an ohmmeter. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently. A valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites. Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects as needed.
