County Rd 346, Archer, FL 32618 Handyman in Gainesville/Archer, FL. General handyman and property maintenance duties. We have multiple projects going at any given time and rental unit maintenance. Duties can include general repairs, painting, yard work. Carpentry, plumbing, experience running a chainsaw, installing LVP flooring and trim, skilled painting, drywall, and installing fencing – any of those skills would be appreciated in this position, but you certainly don’t have to be a master of all. Must have experience, this is not a position where training will be provided. We have a great team and are looking for a team player to join us. Seeking a self-starter that works efficiently and interacts professionally with our clients. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive between locations, farm truck available for on farm work. Reliable cell phone service and prompt responses needed. Full time 5 days per week set schedule preferred, part time minimum 25 hours per week. Weekends negotiable. Plenty of room for flexibility in the schedule for a great fit.
