Job Description
Maintenance Technician ($20 – $23/hr) We are seeking a skilled and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain the safety, functionality, and overall appeal of our apartment community. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues, completing preventative maintenance, preparing units for new residents, and responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Requirements:
3+ years of maintenance experience in a residential or similar setting Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs EPA Universal Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days CPO (Certified Pool Operator) or ability to obtain within 90 days Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, work in elements/heat/cold, be on your feet for 8-10 hours a day as required. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to work on-call rotations and occasional weekends or evenings as needed
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with rotating on-call responsibilities for after-hours emergencies. Position will start in the $20.00 – $23.00/hr range depending upon experience and certifications.
