Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Gainesville, FL. This is a long-term opportunity with comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing both mechanical and electrical maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct mechanical and electrical maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment and machinery. Perform PLC troubleshooting to ensure efficient operation of automated systems. Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Rewire 3 Phase Motors as needed to ensure optimal performance. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and effective repairs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment and machinery efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills.
