Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Pool Service Technician to join our dynamic Residential Route Division. This role involves maintaining high-quality pool environments in residential communities of all types, including single-family home neighborhoods, apartment complexes, student living and more. This is a full-time position requiring availability for a six-day workweek, often including overtime. Compensation is competitive, with salary options based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide premium maintenance services for pools in resort and commercial settings. Conduct routine cleaning, chemical balancing, and system inspections to ensure optimal pool conditions. Manage residential service routes as part of the weekly schedule, delivering consistent and reliable service. Perform water quality tests and adjust treatments to comply with health and safety standards. Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment, enhancing efficiency and longevity. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and engage proactively with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Experience in maintaining pools in commercial, resort, and residential settings. Thorough knowledge of water chemistry and pool systems.
