Maintenance Technician :

Prior experience in general maintenance or facilities support. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and equipment. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic carpentry is preferred. Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools to complete routine and emergency repairs.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry tools or materials as needed. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and climb ladders or stairs for extended periods. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and respond to maintenance emergencies as needed. What you will do as a
