Experienced Handyman Prestige Home Centers, Inc. 3250 Highway 77, Panama City, FL 32405 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set to handle various maintenance and repair tasks on manufactured homes including repossession homes. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety while maintaining positive relationships with Prestige Home Centers team. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on homes that are on-site. Refurbish homes to prepare for resale. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Must own a comprehensive set of tools. Experience Proven experience in maintenance person services or a related field is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
