Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm / Overtime Possible Starting Salary DOE Are you passionate about creating visually appealing signs that catch the eye and drive business success? We are seeking a talented Sign Fabricator to join our team and be responsible for sign fabrication. As a Sign Fabricator, you will work with a variety of materials to produce high-quality signs, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards. In addition to fabrication, you will also be involved in the installation process at times, bringing your creations to life in their designated spaces. We are a 47-year-old sign company that started in 1978 right here in Panama City Beach, FL. We have a positive family environment with an energetic and friendly culture. Requirements for this position:

Experience in fabrication required, and experience in sign fabrication preferred
Ability to work with various materials and tools
Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow design specifications
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Experienced with large format printers is preferred or willingness to learn
Exceptional organization skills
Customer service skills; Interacts well with customers
Positive personality, friendly and easy to work with
Treats others the way you would want to be treated

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Valid Driver’s License Required Employer will conduct Background Check
Three years sign making experience is required

Schedule and Benefits:

Monday – Friday
