This role involves a variety of tasks, including general repairs, painting, cleaning, and sometimes appliance installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation:

Inspect and assess vacant apartments to identify areas needing attention or repair.

Repairs:

Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as painting, patching walls, fixing fixtures, and addressing basic plumbing or electrical issues.

Cleaning:

Ensure apartments are thoroughly cleaned, including trash removal, cleaning surfaces, and preparing bathrooms and kitchens.

Appliance Installation:

Install or repair appliances as needed.

Coordination:

Work with the maintenance team and property management to meet deadlines and ensure quality control.

Inspection:

Confirm that apartments are ready for move-in, passing any required inspections.

Communication:

Deliver notices to apartments when assistance is needed.

Other Duties:

May also be responsible for tasks like landscaping, snow removal, or other exterior maintenance depending on the specific property
