We are seeking a dependable Facilites Maintenance Worker to support day-to-day operations and facilities upkeep. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, safety-conscious, and capable of completing tasks independently with minimal supervision. This position requires a proactive team player with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Facilities Supervisor/Lead to complete daily work orders Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility (good housekeeping practices) Perform general custodial duties, including: Emptying trash Mopping cafeteria and restrooms Replenishing restroom supplies Vacuuming offices and high-traffic areas Ensure janitorial supplies are stocked across all facility areas Perform basic repairs and maintenance on production equipment Follow preventative maintenance programs and schedules Respond to facility emergencies in a timely manner Operate tools and equipment necessary for assigned tasks Perform minor landscaping and exterior maintenance Assist with office and production line relocations as needed Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area and surrounding spaces Use an 8-foot step ladder and manned lift (lift training required) to perform elevated duties

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent 1+ year of experience in facilities maintenance, janitorial, or related role. Forklift and scissor lift certification preferred (or ability to obtain) Basic knowledge of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and painting preferred Ability to troubleshoot, assess, and resolve maintenance issues independently OSHA training preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Must be able to read, write and communicate in English, Basic computer knowledge and competency. Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working without direct supervision Ability to interact with personnel at all organizational levels Strong organizational and multitasking skills Willingness to work flexible hours as needed Excellent attendance record required Must be a US Person as defined in 22 CRF Part 120.15 U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees and those given asylum in the United States, and temporary residents granted amnesty since work includes ITAR controlled technical data 9818359
