The ideal candidate will assist in various general labor tasks within an Industrial/Aerospace facility, contributing to the maintenance processes. The individual will be neat, clean and professional in appearance and actions at all times. They will be punctual and reliable. They will be able to communicate and work with others and represent BWI, Inc. in a positive manner. They must be able to understand instructions and then accomplish the task. The ideal candidate will be looking for a career opportunity in this position and will have the opportunity to move up with hard work and positive results. Responsibilities

• Maintain positive, can-do attitude at ALL times!
• Have reliable transportation and be at work daily!
• Follow instructions given to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Perform general cleaning, sweeping, power spraying, lawn maintenance, moving items, some painting, lite maintenance, and other general labor tasks.
• Maintain neat, professional appearance at all times. Skills
• Some general knowledge of painting, cleaning, yard maintenance a plus but not required.
• Able to speak and completely understand English required.
• General knowledge of hand tools a plus but not required.
• Legal to work in the US required.
