General Repair Technician Handy Renovations LLC Titusville, FL 32796 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance and repair skills, demonstrating the ability to tackle various tasks efficiently. This role is essential for ensuring that properties are well-maintained and functional, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our clients. Current Role is part time hours per week vary some weeks we have enough work for 40 hours some weeks we have nothing. Role could turn into a full time role as business increases. Responsibilities We handle a wide variety of handyman tasks, including but not limited to:

• Painting
• Installing blinds
• Replacing toilets
• Installing ceiling fans
• Hanging interior doors
• Drywall repair
• Tile, Tile Repairs
• Installing over-the-range microwaves
• And much more! Don’t worry if you don’t know how to do everything; we’re happy to provide guidance.

• Requirements:

• Basic handyman knowledge
• Access to basic tools Experience Proven experience in maintenance person services or a related field is preferred.

Familiarity with using various tools Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites.
