What You’ll Be Doing:
Helping take care of our hotel’s equipment, buildings, and grounds Tackling repairs, service calls, and guest requests — no two days are the same! Pitching in on painting, carpentry, and other hands-on projects Staying on top of preventative maintenance to keep everything running like clockwork Keeping safety top of mind while working efficiently and independently
What We’re Looking For:
Some solid experience in building or equipment maintenance Familiar with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Great problem-solver who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves Detail-oriented and reliable Comfortable communicating in English Must be able to manage 3 flights of stairs, multiple times a day
