Maintenance Technician Paragon Plastics 1401 Armstrong Drive, Titusville, FL 32780 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our 1st shift crew. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance. This role is critical in ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. Performing routine and extensive repairs. Maintain preventative a preventative maintenance schedule to include repair procedures on buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems where needed. Responsibilities Perform minor and major repair on all buildings and equipment. Perform PM procedures on buildings and mechanical equipment on scheduled bases. Complete daily, weekly or monthly check lists on buildings and mechanical equipment. Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures May obtain estimates for supplies and repair parts. Oversee all custodial need and duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance. Experience in building repairs and mechanical equipment Ability to use hand and power tools A commitment to safety protocols and best practices in a maintenance environment.
