Competitive hourly rate + a free onsite unit Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and be proficient in various technical skills. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, performing routine maintenance, and addressing any repair needs promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities Perform wide variety of general maintenance repairs and services, including attending to tenant service requests, make-ready completions and performing routine upkeep of the community; Ensure the inside and external buildings, grounds, and common areas meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality; Handle emergency repairs, as needed; Obtain needed supplies and materials as well as coordinate, schedule, and manage vendor and subcontractor projects, as needed, within the community to ensure work is completed in accordance with all required compliance standards and applicable regulations; Maintain accurate records of work orders and completed tasks. Requirements HVAC certification is preferred; Proven experience in residential maintenance, with strong skills in general repairs; Ability to work independently and manage time effectively; Excellent communication skills to interact with residents and management; & Availability for occasional on-call emergencies.
