URGENTLY HIRING FOR A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IN MELBOURNE, FL.
We are currently interviewing for an experienced residential Maintenance Technician for an Apartment Community. Qualified candidates have at least 1 years of onsite work experience and must have their own set of personal hand tools, reliable transportation, and availability to start a full-time position immediately.
Daily Task Expectations:
- Unit Make-Ready/Turnovers
- Maintaining property grounds
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Carpentry
- Drywall repair
- Painting
- Appliance repair
- Pool maintenance
- Preventative building maintenance
Job Requirements:
- General knowledge of all aspects of residential maintenance, ability to troubleshoot resident work orders
HVAC & CPO
Certifications are a PLUS
- Must have your own set of personal hand tools & power drill
- Reliable transportation for Monday-Friday work schedule
