We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician II for The Braxton, our 320 unit residential community located in Palm Bay, FL! Your role as Maintenance Technician II is critical to AL’s success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions etc. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient maintenance operation of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. We have a new bonus structure! All Maintenance team members will receive a stipend of $100 when on-call, on top of overtime. ALSO, maintenance team members are eligible for bonuses of up to $250 based on make ready status and work order completion. Your “Day to Day” at

Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property. Responding to work orders within 24 hours Complete the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing Complete paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked Tracking inventory used Notifying the Maintenance Supervisor about re-ordering needs
Qualifying Accomplishments:
Prior experience in multi-family housing HVAC Certified (Requirement) Electrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting ability Irrigation knowledge
