Position Overview:
Doetsch Broward is seeking to add well versed and experienced Technicians/Installers to their rapidly expanding commercial installation department. Candidate Qualifications:
Must be experienced in servicing impact and non-impact doors Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with commercial glass projects including but not limited to: Glass and storefront measuring, fabrication, installation, door closers, panic exit devices and frameless glass systems The ability to work on a construction site often requires lifting 75lbs., or greater and enhanced attention to detail to ensure safety and quality Remove and replace broken or damaged glass Fabricate and build frames for glass installation Install and secure glass panels using various techniques such as caulking, glazing compounds, or screws The desire to work in a professional company that offers extensive training and development with a structured career path Self-discipline to adhere to all company policies and continually learn and grow their competencies Alignment with company mission, vision, and culture, and contribute in a positive way Doetsch Broward is a performance and merit-based company.
