Commercial Pool Repair Technician – 5 yr exp. req. Confidential Fort Lauderdale, FL 33334 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pool Repair Person with experience and trajectory in commercial and residential business to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repair pools infraestructure, leak repairs, pump and motor replacmenet, heater instalation, salt system conversion and computer automation systms. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. It is mandatory to have experience in customer service and pool cleaning, on the top of an excellent track record repairing pools in general. Qualifications required are a must! Duties Utilize hand tools and power tools for repairs and maintenance of pool equipment. Troubleshoot and repair pool systems such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing all tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their pool needs and maintenance schedules. Maintain accurate records of jobs performed on each pool. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in pool maintenance. Skills Proficient in pool maintenance techniques and chemical balancing or willingness to learn the required skills. Ability to work independently as a service technician while also being a team player when necessary. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and provide clear explanations of services rendered. Good Spanish and English communication skills.
