Hour Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8-5 p.m. + Overtime. Must pass a background check.

Job Summary:

The Facilities Maintenance Technician will perform a wide range of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning, safety, and appearance of our facility. This role involves hands-on work across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and service requests Perform basic repairs such as patching walls, replacing fixtures, and adjusting doors Monitor building automation systems to ensure ideal conditions Maintain cleanliness and safety in shared spaces and facility grounds Collaborate with vendors and contractors as needed for larger repairs Please apply only if you meet all the listed requirements.
