Facilities Technician 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars 4150 SW 28th Way, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312 How You Will Make an Impact Facilities Technician will perform repair and preventative maintenance, which may include coordinating the servicing of company vehicles, buildings, grounds and off-site properties Complete daily walk through of premises and surroundings to note conditions and report to management Facilities Technician will report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management Perform various daily duties which may include some janitorial services Facilities Technician will assist in light construction projects such as drywall repairs, painting, installation of fixtures, etc. Perform installations and repairs within area of expertise including plumbing and carpentry in accordance to accepted codes Facilities Technician will develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team members to reach common goals Respond appropriately to internal requests and urgent situations that arise What We Offer Amazing opportunities for career progression Dynamic, fun, entrepreneurial and diverse culture

Tuition reimbursement program Business casual atmosphere – jeans and sneakers are okay by us What You Bring to the Table High School Diploma or equivalent diploma required 2-5 years of drywall installation and repair, painting, furniture handling and facilities experience is required 2-3 years of experience working in manufacturing, distribution, construction and/or hospitality industry strongly preferred Experience operating general maintenance equipment including but not limited to: hand tools, ladders, forklift, and required safety equipment Forklift certified a plus Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus but English is required.
