Painting, powerwashing, roof maintenance, landscaping, installation and assembly of furniture and equipment as needed

- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift comfortably, a minimum of 50-75 pounds.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including electrical systems and HVAC (HVAC is not a 100% requirment, but IS a big positive.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
