compensation: Hourly $17.00 to $19.00 employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Maintenance Technician Hampton by Hilton Pompano Beach is searching for a talented Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented individual with a background in maintenance. Prior experience in plumbing, handyman, preventive maintenance and painting preferred.

Shift Pattern:

Full-Time/ Full availability is required including weekends and holidays

• Scheduled to work from Monday through Saturday (six days a week) What will I be doing?
• Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility including, but not limited to, guest rooms, public space and heart-of-the-house areas
• Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment
• Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work and masonry
• Clean / maintain Public Areas/Landscaping as needed
• Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance minimum 3 rooms daily
• Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention
