Groundskeeper/Handyman 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars 2950 North 28th Terrace, Hollywood, FL 33020 The Schedule is Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Morning time. 16 hours per week.
Position overview:
The Groundskeeper/Handyman will perform general grounds maintenance duties, including yard waste cleanup and removal, blowing of pathways, sidewalks, parking lots, and other visitor areas in the garden, routine plant maintenance and inspecting the property. Plus doing some light maintenance duties. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: General upkeep of all common property and facilities. Picking up debris around the property and removal of trash. Keep property, landscaping, and management office clean by inspecting the property daily. Perform preventative tasks as necessary. Replace lightbulbs in common areas. Perform light painting duties as necessary. Give progress updates on work orders and daily tasks and coordinate with on-site team. Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repairs, light carpentry, plumbing repairs, electrical work and minor carpentry. Tile repairs, replacement, grouting. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents, resolving issues efficiently and with minimal disruption. Monitor and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, recreational facilities, and outdoor spaces, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Picking up debris around the property. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules. Other duties as assigned by Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager.
