• Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential vacation rental properties
• Fabricate and install various fixtures, furniture, and equipment when needed
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors when necessary
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area “`Requirements“`
• Must have reliable transportation and own tools
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests
• Proven experience in handyman or facility fixes
• Solid mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems
• Proficiency in English preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must clean up their own work neatly
• Must be reliable when needed for on call fixes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Must be willing to pass simple background check
• Weekday availability preferred
