The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills to handle various repair and maintenance tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and efficiently, ensuring that all tasks are completed to high standards. The Handy Man will be responsible for maintaining the functionality and aesthetics of residential or commercial properties. Duties Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting. Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues. Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management. Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain an organized workspace and manage tools effectively. Communicate with clients regarding project timelines and updates. Experience Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance practices. Familiarity with tools, equipment, and materials used in construction and repairs. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
