Speedy Concrete Cutting Inc. is the premier concrete sawing and drilling contractor for the Southeast U.S., and we are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance employee for our Fort Lauderdale location. This role is about 80% janitorial for our small office spaces and yard, with household maintenance as needed.
Qualifications:
Heavy lifting up to 80 lbs as needed.
VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE
& ability to safely operate a company vehicle for errands as needed. Displayed knowledge and experience in light to moderate facility maintenance and cleaning. Janitorial experience for an office space is preferred, but all experience levels are encouraged to apply. Must be able to submit to a background check (including driver history), and a drug screen.
