SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services. The Lead Pharmacy Technician will have strong attention to detail and is an effective communicator. A team player, eager to jump in where needed and collaborate with others to support the goals of the pharmacy and needs of customers. Responsibilities Assist the Pharmacist In Charge with daily functionsSupervise Floor Technicians to ensure productivity standards are metAllocate staffing resources based on current workflowMaintains floor stock, restocking, removal of expired medications in a timely mannerAssist in processing returned drugs and recycle/dispose per procedureRotate stock of medication areas to assure quality controlsPrepack for floor bulk prescribed medicationsPackage fill and ship medicationsPrepare compound & IV medicationResponsible for pharmacy standards, maintained and adherence policiesComplies with departmental policies regarding safety, attendance, and dress code.
Complete any other task assigned by the Pharmacist In Charge Qualifications Licensed FL Pharmacy Technician requiredPrevious pharmacy experience preferred Previous data entry experience preferredMust be reliable and execute multiple tasks assigned Good organizational skills and detail orientedAbility to physically perform light lifting Shifts 8:00am – 6:30pm, Saturdays & Sundays with flexible weekday schedule, two weekdays with flexible hours to arranged.
