Candidate needs to have general maintenance knowledge, and needs to have reliable transportation. Candidate will be responsible for completing work orders (electrical, plumbing, a/c repairs, general repairs, cleaning, carpentry, etc.), preparation and turnover of vacant apartments, cosmetic upkeep of common areas and buildings, visually check fire alarm control panels for any trouble, and motivated.
