• Light plumbing, electrical and mechanical issues
• Groundskeeping
• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
• Perform commercial painting as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to internal teams Requirements
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to use tools
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Frequent movement of bending, crawling, standing, and lifting up to 50lbs for various needs
• 2 year of experience
• Must have a pick up truck
