The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various systems and equipment. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues using tools such as an ohmmeter. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot effectively. Conduct inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues before they become major problems. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of maintenance tasks. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs on various types of equipment. Electrical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems. Ability to read and understand schematics for effective troubleshooting. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
