Responsibilities include:
Overseeing HVAC systems, helping maintenance supervisor ensuring that turns are completed in appropriate time frames, prioritizing service requests. Other duties assigned as needed. The requirements for this position include HVAC/EPA and pool certification, some electrical and plumbing experience, as well as excellent job stability. Must pass background check.
