We pride ourselves on maintaining a well-managed and welcoming environment. Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Palm Island Club Apartments. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our apartment units and common areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, dry wall patching, painting, appliance repair & installation of new appliances Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs. Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and low/high voltage operations. Familiarity with logic controllers and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication skills in English.
