$55,000 per year About Us Legacy Healing Center is a premier substance abuse treatment facility dedicated to providing compassionate care to our clients. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain our Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton locations. Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality, safety, and aesthetic quality of our facilities. This role requires travel between our Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton locations, so a clean and valid Florida driver’s license is required. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and landscaping.
• Paint and patch walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed.
• Troubleshoot and assist with basic HVAC maintenance and repairs.
• Inspect facilities and identify areas requiring attention or repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Communicate effectively with facility management regarding maintenance needs and updates. Qualifications
• Clean and valid Florida driver’s license (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Proven experience in general maintenance, with skills in painting, plumbing, carpentry, and basic HVAC repair (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and handle heavy equipment or materials as needed. Benefits
