Scope of Work:

• General repairs and maintenance of buildings and facilities
• Landscaping and outdoor property upkeep
• Painting (interior and exterior)
• Light plumbing and handyman work
• Ensuring overall property functionality and appearance ✅

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various facility issues
• Handle landscaping duties including trimming, cleanup, and lawn care
• Prep and paint building surfaces
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Report job progress and communicate with supervisors ?

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance or property preservation
• Strong knowledge of general repairs, landscaping, and painting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred ?

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50- 100 lbs
• Work on ladders, rooftops, and in confined spaces
• Stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods
• Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Repeat various motions with the wrists, hands and fingers ?
